I finally made it home, finally walked through Heaven's door; where I live within God's Glory now, in the presence of the Lord.
His love is overflowing, oh how I wish I could express; what it feels to bask in the glory, of my Lord's awesome presence.
There is nothing so amazing, if only you could see; the place I have in Heaven, made especially for me.
Heaven's filled with awesome beauty, I've never felt such joy before; what a miracle it is, I trust the same for you is in store.
Yes, I know I leave you all behind,
And it hurts to see you weep;
But my prayer is that God be with you all, and your peace of mind He keeps.
For I fought a valiant fight, and I race a victorious race; and now my Lord has called me home, that I might revel in His grace.
And I wait to see you there, I ask you keep your eyes on Him; Let your faith be steadfast in the Lord, don't let God's light in you dim.
And we'll be together soon, reunited in the sky; but for now I wish you God's blessings as as I finally say goodbye.
